About the Role:
- Focus on operational effectiveness of Population Health programs.
- Act as key operating partner for Population Health businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Lead ops testing and experiments for CCM and navigation teams.
- Manage cross-functional projects and own daily business readouts.
- Conduct deep-dive assessments and drive AI efficiency.
Qualifications:
- At least 7 years managing cross-functional projects.
- Strong Excel modeling and AI productivity tool proficiency.
- Healthcare experience preferred; Bachelor's required.
