Key Responsibilities:

  • Own lifecycle campaigns from concept through development, QA, deployment, and optimization
  • Build and manage campaigns in Customer.io across email and additional lifecycle channels such as SMS and WhatsApp
  • Identify lifecycle messaging opportunities across the customer journey

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience owning lifecycle campaigns end-to-end from planning through optimization
  • Hands-on experience building campaigns in lifecycle platforms such as Customer.io, Braze, or Iterable
  • Experience running lifecycle experiments or A/B tests and applying results to improve performance
