Job Description

Position Purpose:

  • Key contributor to the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
  • Collaborates across various HR functions to shape a positive workplace culture.
  • Holds various talent management responsibilities in support of the full employee life cycle.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in the design and implementation of HR programs.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee benefits, HRIS support.
  • Provide administrative and project management support for employee benefits processes.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Thorough, current knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
