Job Description

As a Senior Renewals Manager supporting Enterprise and Strategic customers, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue retention. You will be responsible for managing the renewals process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and identifying upsell and expansion opportunities within our existing customer base. You'll manage the end-to-end renewals process for Enterprise and Strategic customers, ensuring timely execution and a seamless customer experience. You will also develop and execute strategies to achieve retention and renewal goals, minimizing churn. You will build strong, trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders to understand their needs and align them with our solutions. You will analyze customer usage, feedback, and engagement to identify risks and opportunities within the account. This role requires you to proactively address potential risks or issues during the renewal process and drive resolution with internal teams.
