Job Description

Product Expertise: Position yourself as the ultimate product expert, demonstrating how accounting, tax, and audit teams can effectively leverage Karbon. Bridge the gap between accounting industry knowledge, product functionality, and the desired outcomes for prospective clients. Thoroughly understand all facets of the Karbon platform to effectively explain and demo the technology to diverse users.

Customer Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, ensuring they achieve the correct business outcomes and extract maximum value from the technology. Assist prospects and customers with Business Assessments, including POCs, Pilots, and Team Trials. Craft content that demonstrates how customers can leverage Karbon for specific use cases.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product Management, and Engineering to eliminate bottlenecks and facilitate deal closures. Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering to share valuable customer feedback and influence our product roadmap and Go-To-Market strategies.
