Payroll & Benefits Specialist

As a Payroll & Benefits Specialist you will onboard/offboard employees in our HRIS, process weekly multi-state payroll for 250-300 employees with accuracy, reconcile payroll discrepancies, manage garnishments, and lead off-cycle payments. You’ll oversee employee benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k), and more), including open enrollment and renewals. You will also submit payroll contributions to third-party administrators (TPAs). You will respond to questions about payroll, benefits, time off, and related policies. You will Maintain employee records related to payroll and benefits in our HRIS and ensure compliance with state and federal wage, hour, and benefits regulations.
