Your mission:
- Be the first voice families hear from Hera, building trust at a vulnerable moment.
- Own the full onboarding experience, removing every obstacle between referral and first appointment.
- Leverage technology to make onboarding seamless, not a stack of faxes and voicemails.
What you'll actually do:
- Convert referrals into active clients by helping families understand Hera's value.
- Guide families through paperwork, insurance verification, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to streamline workflows and scale the process.
