Recruitment Coordinator

Support the Talent Acquisition team as a Recruitment Coordinator, playing a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process. You’ll coordinate logistics, manage communication, and help drive an efficient hiring process across the organization. Main responsibilities include coordinating and scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Support recruiters with job postings, resume screening, and initial candidate outreach when needed. Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and external partners as needed. Assist with offer processes and pre-onboarding activities. You’re welcome to work remotely from  the United States.
