About the Role:

  • Design and build custom internal AI tooling and workflows for Waabi's autonomy and research teams.
  • Integrate third-party AI tools and evaluate emerging models with structured pilots.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand pain points and drive adoption.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping tools.
  • Deep familiarity with AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot.
  • Strong Python skills and comfort with CI/CD and developer infrastructure.
