Accountabilities:
- Act as first point of contact for customer inquiries through phone, chat, email, and screen-sharing sessions.
- Provide expert support for financial software features, including invoicing, accounts receivable, job costing, and related workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve accounting integration issues involving platforms such as QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, and similar systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in technical support, accounting, finance, or related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, including debits and credits, accrual vs. cash accounting, general ledger.
- Experience using accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar software is highly preferred.
