Accountabilities:

  • Own customer support cases from initial investigation through resolution, ensuring timely communication and thorough documentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or a similar customer-facing role with strong blockchain knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting REST APIs, JSON-RPC, WebSocket connections, and customer configuration challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fully remote, globally distributed team.
