Role Responsibilities:
- Support customer happiness and retention by working cross-functionally with customer success, engineering, product, and sales.
- Respond to support tickets, identify issues, and relay advanced problems to customer success and engineering with detailed notes.
- Solve complex tickets using tools like SQL and create video recordings of solutions for customers.
Desired Experience:
- Strong desire to learn and succeed in supporting cannabis operations.
- Excellent written communication skills and fluency in English.
- Comfort on the phone and strong email writing skills.
