Role Responsibilities:

  • Support customer happiness and retention by working cross-functionally with customer success, engineering, product, and sales.
  • Respond to support tickets, identify issues, and relay advanced problems to customer success and engineering with detailed notes.
  • Solve complex tickets using tools like SQL and create video recordings of solutions for customers.

Desired Experience:

  • Strong desire to learn and succeed in supporting cannabis operations.
  • Excellent written communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Comfort on the phone and strong email writing skills.
