The Role:
- Lead program management across all of engineering and drive client-facing delivery for largest enterprise engagements.
- Build and run company-wide program reporting standards with executive dashboards.
- Manage and grow a team of program and technical program managers while staying hands-on.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of program management experience, including 4+ years leading a SaaS PMO.
- Proven track record with complex, client-facing enterprise software implementations.
- Hands-on AI-workflow experience and strong executive communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- U.S. base salary range of $200,000 - $250,000 plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
