Client Launches & Implementations:
- Partner with Sales and Account Management to understand client operational needs before launch.
- Lead client walkthroughs and develop site-specific operating procedures.
- Coordinate onboarding and launch timelines across internal teams.
Client Operations:
- Own the day-to-day operational success of assigned client sites.
- Monitor client performance and identify opportunities to improve service.
- Build and maintain SOPs for client sites.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, onboard, train, and coach Client Operations Associates.
- Support Site Leads through regular check-ins and performance coaching.
- Build a strong team culture focused on accountability and client service.
Process Improvement:
- Create scalable processes that improve consistency across the COA program.
- Develop training materials and operational resources.
- Lead implementation of new operational tools and technology.
