Job Description
As the Supply Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Account Executives and supporting and guiding them to reach and achieve goals through the sales funnel stage. Ideal candidates are comfortable navigating ambiguity and contributing to a fast paced, growing business development culture.
You will hire, train and develop a team of Account Executives responsible for owning 100% of hotel acquisition at Airbnb and provide coaching and support to your team. You will build a competitive and motivating environment and implement business development processes and operating systems. Resource allocation, forecast growth, and pipeline monitoring will be part of your responsibilities.
You will track and report key growth metrics, ideate and test innovative business development tactics, drive growth strategy, and develop best practices. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure successful execution and travel to meet potential partners.
