Job Description

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing Strategic Sales team.
  • Source and attract top-tier Strategic reps and hire 2–3 within the first 90 days.
  • Coach on outbound excellence and effective collaboration.

Strategic Execution:

  • Architect and scale a repeatable Enterprise sales motion.
  • Drive excellence in complex multi-stakeholder deal execution.
  • Strengthen co-selling motions with channel and technology partners.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Drive pipeline generation using data-driven approach.
  • Build long-term Enterprise account growth through structured planning.
