The HRBP Director collaborates with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of HR programs. The Director should have experience in a fast-paced, evolving environment and scale throughout the HR and sales stack organization. Extensive experience in HR management in a growing sales-driven environment is expected, with a deep understanding of sales compensation plans, performance metrics, and sales-related HR practices.
