- Respond to affiliate queries and provide timely support based on defined processes and guidelines
- Help onboard new affiliates and ensure they understand basic platform usage and workflows
Campaign & Activity Execution:
- Assist in executing outreach campaigns, including email follow-ups and engagement efforts
- Support activation of affiliates by following defined playbooks and engagement strategies
- Help maintain consistent communication with assigned affiliates to ensure ongoing engagement
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Track affiliate activity and maintain accurate records in CRM and internal tools
- Support reporting by updating dashboards and sharing basic performance insights
