Accountabilities:
- Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for telecommunications and connectivity services, from order acceptance through customer acceptance.
- Coordinate delivery of various connectivity services including DIA, Ethernet, cloud direct-connects, and data center cross-connects.
- Manage multiple concurrent deployments while maintaining milestones and delivery timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or 4+ years of hands-on telecommunications service delivery experience.
- At least 2 years of experience coordinating service delivery with field technicians, carriers, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications and circuit delivery, and familiarity with networking equipment.
