Grafana Labs is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive, Growth to drive business expansion within the Ontario region. The role involves identifying, cultivating, and securing opportunities with existing customers. Responsibilities include forecast management, customer data tracking, and employing a consultative sales methodology to understand customer needs before presenting product solutions. The Enterprise Account Executive will manage all stages of the sales process, from prospecting and sales meetings to product demonstrations and proposal negotiations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales goals in a competitive environment, possess excellent communication skills, and be familiar with open-source technology. Experience with Salesforce and methodologies like Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC is highly advantageous.
