- Develop and execute tailored growth strategies to increase paid product adoption and expand market presence.

- Serve as the 'Voice of the Partner' by collaborating with Product, Sales, and Marketing to reflect MLS opportunities in the company roadmap.
- Share ideas, product feedback, and enhancement requests through Slack to increase organizational visibility and influence.
Operational & Performance Management:
- Own the onboarding experience and establish clear KPIs, ensuring alignment to shared success milestones for internal teams and external partners.
- Develop monthly performance reports to track partnership growth, adoption, and revenue trends, using insights to guide strategic conversations.
- Identify and escalate underperforming partnerships by proposing action plans and implementing improvement initiatives.
