About the role:

  • As a Senior Member Support Specialist, you will guide members through a smooth onboarding experience onto our accounting platform.
  • You will spend most of your day conducting video calls, breaking down complex tax and accounting topics.

What you'll do:

  • Conduct daily video calls with members to address onboarding and ongoing account questions.
  • Serve as a go-to resource for platform navigation, troubleshooting, and escalating issues.
  • Apply accounting, tax, and payroll expertise to support member inquiries and deliver clear explanations.

What you'll bring:

  • 4+ years of customer experience or support, with 2+ years in accounting or taxes.
  • Proficiency with tools like Xero, QuickBooks Online, Gusto, or ADP.
  • Strong understanding of payroll taxes and a passion for helping entrepreneurs.
