Manager, Learning and Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with functional SMEs to assess training needs and design content for translational sciences, clinical operations, and regulatory areas.
• Lead coordination and delivery of new hire role-specific onboarding for Precision for Medicine.
• Manage learning platforms and maintain accurate training documentation in compliance with regulatory expectations.

Qualifications:

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience in a scientific or healthcare discipline, with 4-6 years of L&D experience in a CRO.
• Proficiency with learning development platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP and medical terminology related to clinical trials.
