Job Description
As Group Vice President, Sales, you’ll lead a passionate sales team responsible for driving growth across employer and payer relationships in the Western U.S. You’ll set the vision, shape the strategy, and build lasting partnerships that improve lives and redefine what great healthcare can look like. This is a hands-on leadership role—equal parts strategist, coach, and market ambassador.
You’ll inspire your team to deliver bold results while representing Transcarent’s mission in the market. The role involves leading with purpose, driving growth & impact, and building for scale by establishing sales processes, metrics, and best practices that support sustainable growth. Collaborate with executive leadership on pricing, contracting, and partnership strategies.
