People Operations Generalist

Because we operate in a fast-paced, multi-state, remote environment, each team member plays a critical role in driving both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. This role offers significant autonomy, with opportunities to independently own processes, contribute to high-visibility projects, and help shape the programs and policies that support our employees and our business. We’re seeking a proactive and experienced People Operations Generalist to take ownership of critical People Ops processes and help drive operational excellence. This role is designed for a professional with 4–5 years of HR or People Operations experience who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments. You’ll manage the full employee lifecycle with a high degree of independence — from onboarding and offboarding to compliance and HR systems — while balancing day-to-day administration with project-based initiatives. You’ll succeed here if you bring a strong foundation in HR best practices and multi-state compliance, excellent time management skills, and a self-starter mindset.
