Your Impact:
- Define and execute the multi-year roadmap for People Technology and Data, ensuring alignment with the overall HR and business strategy.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and features to enhance the employee lifecycle, improve HR service delivery, and drive organizational efficiency.
- Oversee the implementation, integration, maintenance, and optimization of all core People systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in HR Technology with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Extensive experience managing HR technology systems (e.g., Workday, Ashby) is essential, including full lifecycle implementation and post-go-live optimization.
- Proven track record of building and managing a comprehensive People Data strategy, including reporting, analytics, and data governance.
