Responsibilities:
- Provides implementation support and management of MRO applications, including gathering required data and completing configuration.
- Manages partner migration files, including exporting, validation, and importing data into MRO systems.
- Participates in implementation calls to review technical specifications and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in healthcare or support environment with a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Excellent analytic, communication, and computer skills, with strong attention to detail and time management.
- Must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a high-activity environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base pay range of $64,000 - $86,000 per year, with eligibility for annual cash bonus.
- Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) plan.
- Remote work arrangement with minimal travel required.
