The Role:

  • This is a programmatic activation role, not a partner manager — it focuses on email sequences, scaled outreach, and onboarding support.
  • You will report to the Director of Agency Partnerships and escalate high-potential partners to dedicated managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all unowned partners with signal-based outreach and enablement assets.
  • Own HubSpot data hygiene and partner onboarding logistics.
  • Collaborate with Sales and CS for smooth handoffs when partners refer prospects.

Who You Are / Qualifications:

  • Strong written communicator able to manage relationships entirely over email and Slack.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a process-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Slack, Pylon, and Euler; interest in SaaS or Shopify a plus.
