Partner Management:

  • Run the long-tail partner pipeline autonomously — follow up, qualify, nurture, and keep deals moving.
  • Manage partners post-onboarding: co-marketing coordination, integration support, adoption tracking, co-sell and account mapping.
  • Be the primary point of contact for a book of partners, representing Supabase in external conversations.

Partner Operations & Systems:

  • Own and extend the operational backbone of our partner program — partner intake, onboarding workflows, billing coordination, and tracking systems.
  • Identify process gaps and build solutions before they become problems.
  • Maintain clean data hygiene across partner records, agreements, and revenue attribution.

Who You Are:

  • 3–6 years of experience in Partnerships, referral marketing, or channel sales with domain expertise in ISV, database, or app marketplace ecosystems.
  • Track record of driving co-marketing, co-sell, and referral campaigns with solid attribution understanding.
  • Self-directed and externally credible — run your own process and represent Supabase without needing backup.
