Mission:
- Own the health of the agency partner base.
- Get new partners live and shipping, keep the good ones growing.
- Turn proving partners into paying partners.
Role summary:
- You are the supply side's keep-and-grow seat.
- Partners land through Head of Partnerships; from signing, they're yours.
- Two things: Keep (onboarding, activation, retention) and Grow (revenue per partner, tier conversion).
What you'll own:
- Onboarding and activation: get partners from contract to first brief.
- Partner health: response times, delivery quality, buyer ratings.
- Revenue per partner and tier conversion: work routing and make case for paid tiers.
