- Drive partner loyalty, satisfaction, and renewal through proactive engagement.
- Minimize churn and identify expansion opportunities within the assigned partner base.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a book of business consisting of hundreds of partners and customers.
- Work with partners to increase customer satisfaction and grow adoption.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within partner organizations.
