Role Overview:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing Partners across the region.
- Identify and onboard new Partners aligned with territory growth plans.
- Develop and execute Partner and territory growth strategies.
Commercial Focus:
- Drive revenue, profitability, and Partner satisfaction.
- Manage pipeline, forecasts, and account activity using Dynamics 365.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to seize opportunities.
Partner Support:
- Coach Partners to position and deliver Insights solutions effectively.
- Build engaged Partner communities through events and campaigns.
- Share best practices and maintain the Insights spirit across the network.
