About the role:

  • Ensure that Garner’s growth is powered by seamless, data-driven, and highly efficient hiring processes.
  • Bridges the gap between high-level recruiting strategy and ground-level execution.
  • Providing the operational backbone that allows our team to scale.

What you will do:

  • Own and evolve the day-to-day workflows for the TA team.
  • Proactively identify workflow gaps and manage change initiatives.
  • Optimize and manage our suite of TA tools and systems.

The ideal candidate has:

  • 4-6+ years of experience in Talent Operations or Business Operations.
  • Ability to translate raw data into clear business insights.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead a team.
