What you will do:

Own and evolve the day-to-day workflows for the TA team.
Proactively identify workflow gaps and manage change initiatives.
Optimize and manage our suite of TA tools and systems.

The ideal candidate has:

4-6+ years of experience in Talent Operations or Business Operations.
Ability to translate raw data into clear business insights.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead a team.
