Associate General Counsel

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a variety of litigation and pre-litigation matters, including restrictive covenant litigation, insurance regulatory issues, and professional liability exposures.
• Serve as the primary liaison to outside counsel, managing litigation strategy, budgets, and outcomes across multiple firms and jurisdictions.
• Issue cease-and-desist letters and coordinate notifications to new employers.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one state.
• 3+ years of litigation experience at a law firm or in-house, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Insurance defense and restrictive covenant experience highly preferred; employment experience a strong plus.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
