Role Overview:
- Lead Thimble's broker distribution growth as SVP, reporting directly to the President.
- Own a clear mandate to scale distribution relationships and grow premium.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive premium growth and build strategic partnerships with distribution partners.
- Lead AI-native and digital distribution initiatives, including MCP and API.
- Set distribution strategy and manage team performance and reporting.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years in P&C insurance distribution, including 7+ years at VP level.
- Proven record of scaling a distribution channel and delivering measurable premium growth.
- Deep relationships across small commercial distribution landscape.
