People and Capability Coordinator

People & Capability:

• Manage HR systems and employee data.
• Handle HR, L&D, and Payroll queries.
• Administer employee surveys.

Human Resources:

• Manage workflows and create HR documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and assist with system access.
• Support recruitment for factory staff.

Learning & Development:

• Administer induction sessions and Learning and Development programs.
• Support leadership training programs and track attendance.
