Onboarding:

  • Coordinate onboarding process for new employees.
  • Review background and reference checks.
  • Ensure timely completion of Form I-9 and E-Verify requirements.

Changes:

  • Partner with the HR Business Partner and HR Generalist to support assigned business lines.
  • Draft and communicate employee changes in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Initiate changes within the HRIS system in accordance with the payroll schedule.

Offboarding:

  • Create separation documents and acknowledge resignations.
