Responsibilities:
- Open, sort, triage, and distribute incoming HR-related mail.
- Prepare outgoing mail such as entity mail and checks to states.
- Execute administrative tasks for new hires, including collecting documents.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of HR Assistant/Coordinator experience.
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS system; ADP proficiency is a plus.
- Demonstrated operational excellence and customer service mindset.
