Financial Analysis:
- Support P&L management and annual planning across the portfolio.
- Track revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow targets.
- Build financial models and operating analyses from first principles.
Leadership Support:
- Develop into a coach and accountability partner for company leaders.
- Build trust with experienced operators without direct authority.
- Help leaders navigate change, including transitions and process improvements.
Strategic Planning & Optimization:
- Partner with leaders to develop growth plans and capital investment strategies.
- Identify cross-portfolio synergies in shared services, procurement, and best practices.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and ethical standards are maintained.
