Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire contract renewal lifecycle from initial contact to signing.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and identify potential risks.
  • Develop and execute renewal strategies to achieve or exceed targets.

Experience:

  • 3+ years in renewals or account management, preferably in the software industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding renewal targets.
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.

  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Excellent customer relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
