- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and identify potential risks.
- Develop and execute renewal strategies to achieve or exceed targets.
Experience:
- 3+ years in renewals or account management, preferably in the software industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding renewal targets.
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.
