About the Role:
- You will be the primary CSM for early merchants on a new product line.
- You will manage relationships, drive adoption, and navigate ambiguity.

- Build repeatable, documented motions and playbooks.
- Partner with enablement to create training resources.
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of customer-facing CSM experience with playbook building.
- Strong ecommerce and multi-channel marketing background.
- Project management mindset and clear communication.
