Associate Principal Technical Writer

About the Role:

• Independently explore, configure, and test complex, cloud-native security capabilities, including AI-powered features.
• Own documentation strategy and execution for identity and AI security capabilities from development through release.

Responsibilities:

• Craft high-quality technical documentation such as configuration guides, integration instructions, API references, and troubleshooting resources.
• Analyze documentation usage, performance data, and stakeholder feedback to identify knowledge gaps and drive improvement.

Collaboration and Mentorship:

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and subject matter experts to translate intricate technical details.
• Mentor and guide other technical writers to elevate the team's capabilities.

Innovation and AI:

• Design, implement, and scale AI-enabled and agentic documentation workflows for content generation and validation.
• Ensure content is AI/LLM-ready and retrieval-ready, including familiarity with RAG concepts.
