Own and materially grow millions in self-serve revenue by leading n8n’s PLG engine—with an immediate focus on activation and durable growth loops. To do so, responsibilities include forecasting and modeling self-serve revenue, identifying and stacking-ranking levers across acquisition, activation, and retention. You will maintain a hypothesis backlog and trustworthy tests; drive experiments and build data foundations. Operate as a player-coach across funnels, onboarding, lifecycle, and website conversion. Partner with Eng/Product/Marketing on experiment SLAs and high-converting messaging. Manage the Growth PM; hire for gaps and coach a high-velocity pod. At n8n, you’ll take a rare self-serve baseline and unlock activation, time-to-first-value, and retention in an AI-native workflow automation platform with 500+ integrations and a beloved builder community.
