Job Description

The Textbook Sales Associate will manage relationships with higher education institutions, building a deep understanding of customer needs to provide a tailored sales service and drive customer satisfaction. This role involves developing alternative routes to market, including direct sales for print and digital content, ensuring deals align with the overall sales strategy. The associate will plan, schedule, and maintain regular contact with key individuals, use consultative selling techniques, and offer tailored solutions to improve sales opportunities. Achieving and exceeding annual territory sales targets, while analyzing sales figures and maintaining the sales database, are also key responsibilities. The role also involves preparing for and contributing to sales meetings to build product knowledge.
