Manager, Project Coordination

Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor Project Coordinators, identifying growth opportunities and providing daily guidance.
• Support Technical Account Managers and Agile Leads in planning, communicating, and executing core project components.
• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, ensuring data integrity for accurate reporting.

Operations and Coordination:

• Oversee special projects with data analytics and planning, leading meetings and escalating issues.
• Triage project blockers, develop issue logs, and maintain project repositories and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners, monitoring project plans and providing timely updates.

Requirements and Support:

• Require 6+ years in an IT environment and 2+ years of people management experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with JIRA/Confluence and in-depth project management concepts.
• Possess strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with a proactive, can-do attitude.
