Systems Engineer II

Angi is looking for a Systems Engineer to join our Infrastructure team. We’re seeking someone with a strong technical foundation and an Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) mindset. In this role, you’ll help design, implement, and maintain endpoint and operating environments across the company, ensuring performance, reliability, and security through automation and proactive monitoring. Responsibilities include: Implementing and managing IT Endpoint principles across Windows, Mac, and ChromeOS, Automating installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating environments, managing software updates and system patching through automation and scheduling tools, monitoring system performance, troubleshoot issues, and respond to incidents, maintaining security and compliance across all endpoint environments, participation in an on-call rotation, documenting procedures, incidents, and lessons learned, collaborating cross-functionally to resolve technical problems and improve processes and providing training and technical support to users and team members.
