• Proven General Counsel with strong commercial instincts and credibility as a trusted adviser in a PE-backed SaaS environment.
• Qualified lawyer with current practising rights in a relevant jurisdiction.
• Track record negotiating SaaS contracts and experience with data privacy, IP, and global employment matters.
