Job Description

In the Support Specialist role, you represent Fetch every day as the connection between our users and everyone working behind the scenes, ensuring user satisfaction and spotting trends to troubleshoot tricky technical issues. Your interactions will be largely through app-based email. Fetch is growing insanely fast, and constantly adapting to new opportunities and challenges. Change is a constant, requiring you to stay up-to-date.

You will be joining a largely remote team with offices in Madison, Chicago, and Birmingham. You will be given all of the tools, training, and support required to succeed. The role requires a schedule of 3:30pm-12:00am CST, Friday - Tuesday . Fetch's Flexible PTO policy requires working on holidays when scheduled. This is a full-time role that can be held remotely in the United States.

Your main responsibilities include answering user questions through written email, educating users on technical topics, developing a deep understanding of the application, identifying new or existing issues, and providing service that prioritizes user retention.
