About the Role:
- We are seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to own Backblaze's public-company legal stack.
- This role reports to the Head of Legal & Compliance and is fully remote.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare and review securities filings, manage annual meetings, and administer Section 16 compliance.
- Support corporate governance, entity management, and M&A transactions.
- Apply AI tools to improve legal workflow efficiency.
The Right Fit:
- Deep experience in SEC reporting and corporate governance as a senior owner.
- Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-moving team with high ownership.
- J.D. and 10+ years of relevant experience.
