Job Description
Own and lead the go-to-market strategy across the entire customer lifecycle—from acquisition to expansion—for our B2B SaaS product portfolio, ensuring alignment with company growth goals and revenue targets. Develop a deep understanding of customer segments, market dynamics, competitive positioning, and SaaS industry trends to inform strategic planning and drive differentiated market positioning. Identify emerging opportunities, shifting buyer behavior, and market trends to adapt GTM strategies that capitalize on whitespace and mitigate competitive threats. Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to design and execute integrated GTM motions that improve lead quality, shorten sales cycles, and increase customer lifetime value. Launch and optimize scalable GTM programs to support new product rollouts, vertical-specific plays, and global market expansion initiatives. Build messaging frameworks, enablement content, and strategic narratives that clearly articulate product value and differentiation to both internal teams and external audiences. Empower revenue teams with data-driven insights, sales playbooks, and field-ready materials to improve win rates and drive consistent pipeline growth. Act as a strategic advisor to customer-facing teams by providing actionable feedback on product-market fit, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Own the GTM performance dashboard—track pipeline velocity, conversion rates, activation metrics, and ARR impact to optimize initiatives and communicate progress to executive leadership.
